Program Payment Frequency
The available schedule used to divide the accepted 12-month Program price into recurring payments.
Why LAWNSNOWAPP asks for it
Customers can choose a manageable payment cadence without changing the guaranteed annual price or included service quantities.
How LAWNSNOWAPP uses it
LAWNSNOWAPP builds the available payment options, regular payment amount, final payment date, and any final cent-rounding adjustment.
Example
A weekly option divides the annual price into its displayed number of payments; it does not promise the same number of service visits.
If you leave it blank
The currently selected or first available Program payment option is used for the proposal presentation.
If you change it later
The draft payment schedule recalculates; accepted Program terms remain stored unless changed through an approved amendment or renewal.
Common mistakes
- Equating payment count with service quantity
- Describing frequency-based payments as milestone or phase payments
