Plan Status
The current operating state of a service plan: active, paused, or inactive.
Why LAWNSNOWAPP asks for it
The Owner needs to stop or pause normal recurring work without deleting the agreement and its history.
How LAWNSNOWAPP uses it
LAWNSNOWAPP stores the state and separates active plans from paused or inactive plans in planning logic and presentation.
Example
Use Paused for a temporary service hold and Inactive when the plan should no longer produce normal recurring work.
If you leave it blank
The current or default active status remains in effect.
If you change it later
Future plan presentation and recurring-work decisions use the new state; existing jobs and finalized invoices are not deleted.
Common mistakes
- Deleting plan history to stop future service
- Assuming changing plan status automatically cancels every existing job
