Employee PIN
A private numeric credential for supported employee verification flows.
Why LAWNSNOWAPP asks for it
A separate credential helps confirm employee access where the product requires it.
How LAWNSNOWAPP uses it
LAWNSNOWAPP stores and verifies the PIN through the protected credential workflow rather than ordinary business records.
Example
Choose a PIN that is not an obvious sequence or reused door code.
If you leave it blank
PIN-based employee verification cannot be configured.
If you change it later
Future supported verification uses the new PIN after the secure update completes.
Financial, compliance, or safety note
Protect the email account used for recovery with MFA; MFA is recommended, not enforced here.
Common mistakes
- Sharing a PIN
- Reusing a gate or payment PIN
- Saving it in employee notes
