A verified identity is needed to sign in and connect the user to authorized company access.
How LAWNSNOWAPP uses it
LAWNSNOWAPP passes the identity through the secure authentication flow and uses it for supported password-reset delivery.
Example
Use the email enrolled for your Owner account, not a customer's billing email.
If you leave it blank
Password sign-in and password-reset requests cannot be submitted without an email address.
If you change it later
Use the approved account-management process for identity changes; editing a customer or employee contact field does not automatically change login identity.
Financial, compliance, or safety note
Protect your email account with MFA. LAWNSNOWAPP relies on your email for secure sign-in and account recovery, so protecting that mailbox with a second factor helps prevent unauthorized access even if your password is stolen.
