Company Repository · Field Guide
Existing Repository Link
A complete HTTPS navigation link to the document repository the company already controls.
Why LAWNSNOWAPP asks for it
The Owner can open the repository from LAWNSNOWAPP while keeping file ownership and access under company control.
How LAWNSNOWAPP uses it
LAWNSNOWAPP validates and stores the link as a navigation fallback. A shared link alone does not authorize provider file operations.
Example
Use the complete HTTPS address for the company-controlled Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or other repository location.
If you leave it blank
LAWNSNOWAPP has no saved repository navigation destination.
If you change it later
The Open Repository Link action uses the new destination; repository files are not moved, renamed, read, or uploaded automatically.
Financial, compliance, or safety note
Repository trouble never stops core business workflows, and sensitive access tokens do not belong in this field.
Common mistakes
- Assuming a shared link grants file-management permission
- Entering a local computer path or incomplete non-HTTPS address
